Female x Finance is created by women in Finance - for women in Finance. Léonie and Mélanie experienced firsthand the barriers that women faced in a largely male-dominated sector. They made it their mission to change the face of Finance, and show the world that women were meant to lead, innovate, and thrive in this space.
